Purva Jade appartments in Chennai,has been my home for quite sometime now and I wish to give my reviews on it.We own a 3 bedroom flat of 1501 sqr.ft.here since 2012. Purva Jade C apartments are the high world class luxurious and deluxe residential project of Puravankara developer located at Valsaravakkam Chennai. We paid a good sum in its purchase but we have no regrets as the cost is worth. My family is equally happy to live in such a society and has positive reviews for it  which has all world class amenities. My wife was the one who was very pleased knowing that  our son’s school is just a few minutes walk away.Being located in Jade with all facilities seeking positive reviews  first excited us, but we have become so accustomed  to such a living that we can never think of shifting to some other places, or put our flat on resale.. We love everything about this place. Purva Jade C apartments are the high world class luxurious and deluxe residential project of Puravankara .I wish to share with you some of the specifications of the Purva Jade:

1. The type of construction of the structure is exclusively RCC framed structure. The Parking is in the stilt floor. The apartments are spread over from first floor to fourth floor level. Staircase and lift in each block connect from stilt to all levels.
2. The flooring in the ground floor main entrance lobby is highly polished granite/imported marble. Living/dining ,bedrooms, and kitchen has vitrified tiles flooring
3.  All the interior walls are smoothly finished and painted. The main door  has teak wood frame and teakwood door shutter with melamine polished..gym, swimming pool,office area within easy reach..and many more good features.

Having experienced a masterpiece flat by Purva developers for the  last 2 years,we are planning to go  for another ongoing project  named PURVA SKYDALE  by purvankara developers in Off Sarjapur road ,Bangaluru.I hope this ongoing project comes up with the same world class amenities as Purva Jade.
